We are only offering limited custom order slots due to our current workload. Once submitted your request will be reviewed to make sure it is reasonable, and does not violate any of our policies. You must respond to this email within 5 business days or your slot will be forfeit (Check your SPAM). Once you respond the Pawstar customer service team will get more details, and work on getting you a price quote. We do reserve the right to reject any custom order at any step in the process.
When all parties are satisfied with the details of the custom order you will be sent an invoice. This invoice must be paid within 5 business days or your custom order slot is forfeited. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM! Once payment is received we will begin work on your custom product. When your product is ready to ship you will receive another email with your tracking info.
The Pawstar customer service team reserves the right to deny any customization request based on our teams current work load, or any other reason. Customized products will have an additional fee added for the labor and time required. This fee will be no less than $25, and will increase with each additional customization to the product. Custom items will not be combined, or included in any sale or promotion. Custom items may have a longer than average production time.
