Can i request options not listed in the Color-Swap options?
Color-Swaps are primarily for swapping materials and colors, not custom patterns or designs. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. Requests depend on difficulty, our travel schedule, and current workload.
We also open for Full Custom Orders at select times—keep an eye on our socials for announcements and details!
Are Color-Swap orders able to be returned/exchanged?
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please review all options carefully before ordering. If your item has a manufacturing defect or does not match your selected options, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help repair or replace it.
Are Color-Swaps part of the Pawstar Lifetime Guarantee?
Yes (kinda)!
Our guarantee and repair programs cover most Color-Swap items, but some customizations may be harder to repair due to limited materials or product modifications. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Can i place Color-Swap orders in person?
YES! You can place Color-Swap orders at the Paw Store or any official Pawstar booth! Order with our team for more customization options and receive 10% off your item when ordering in person.
Where are your products manufactured?
All color-swap products are made at Pawstar HQ in Racine, WI!
