At Pawstar, we’re proud to design and make our products with our own paws right here in Racine, Wisconsin. We stand behind everything we make with our Pawstar Lifetime Guarantee! If you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery or an event purchase, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost. After 30 days, or if your item is damaged from normal wear and tear, we may still be able to repair it for a small fee. Some types of damage may not be repairable. We accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days after the product is delivered (or purchased at an event). The item will have to be in "like new" condition (no perfumes, no cigarette smell, no B.O., no glitter, no pet hair, no human hair, no deodorant marks, no evidence of washing, etc). Product Inventory definitions:

-In Stock, Ready to Ship: Product will be processed for shipment within 5 business days.

-Made to Order =^.^= Order Meow!: Product has to be produced, and will ship in 1-6 weeks.

-Color-Swap & Custom products may take up to 8 weeks.\

Reminder: Orders containing multiple items produced by Pawstar are shipped once all products are ready.

Need to cancel your order? We’re happy to help whenever possible! If your order is still being processed, we can usually cancel it for you. Please include your order number so we can find it quickly.
If your order has already been picked up by the shipping carrier, we’ll need to wait until it is returned to us before we can process the cancellation.
Because custom-made items are created just for you, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

Most of the year, we only accept custom requests for color changes, discontinued product reproduction, ear piercings, and accessibility needs. All custom requests are reviewed by our team, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any request.
