Please bring an ID that matches the name on your order, or a print out of the receipt.

Please pick up your order within 15 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup notification. If your order has not been collected within that time, we will automatically ship it to the address provided at checkout, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
