1. Eligibility:
The Pawstar Street Team Logo Design
Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all artists 18 years of age or older (13 years of age or older with parental permission) residing anywhere in the world that can accept PayPal. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Pawstar, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

• 2. How to Enter:
  To enter the Contest, participants must:
• Submit an original logo design for the Pawstar Street Team.
• The design should be creative and reflect the mission, personality, and spirit of the Pawstar Street Team. Think about incorporating street culture, team spirit, and the unique brand identity of Pawstar.
• Submit the logo design via the Pawstar Discord server by 11:59pm on April 30th, 2025.
• Only one submission per artist is allowed.

3. Submission Guidelines:

• The logo must be a vector-based design (e.g., Adobe Illustrator files or similar).
• Submissions must be in EPS, SVG, or AI format. Other formats such as JPEG or PNG are acceptable for preview purposes (and submission on the Discord) but the final file must be a vector-based format.
• The logo design must be original and not previously exhibited or published.
• Submissions must be made in the designated contest submission channel on the Pawstar Discord server. The channel will be clearly marked for contest entries. (Please watermark your image for submission on the channel)
• Participants must include a brief description (e.g., 25-100 words) of the logo design concept and any symbolic elements that represent the Pawstar Street Team.
• Pawstar reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet the guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

4. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on March 31st and ends at 11:59pm on April 30th, 2025 at 11:59pm Central Standard Time. Submissions must be received by 11:59pm on April 30th, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

5. Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality of the logo design
• Alignment with the theme of the Pawstar Street Team
• Technical skill and overall design quality
• Versatility and scalability of the logo (e.g., how it will look on various mediums like merchandise, social media, etc.)
• A panel of judges selected by Pawstar
  will review all eligible submissions. Judges' decisions are final and
  binding in all matters related to the Contest.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be notified by Discord by April 15th, 2025.
• The winner will be required to sign and return an Artwork Transfer Agreement to officially transfer ownership of the logo to Pawstar.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 calendar days, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Prize:
The winner of the Contest will receive a $250 honorarium, payable via PayPal. The honorarium is the full and final compensation for the logo design and its transfer to Pawstar.

8. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees to transfer ownership and any associated rights to the logo design to Pawstar, including but not limited to:

• Exclusive rights to use, modify, and reproduce the logo for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, print media, social media, and branding.
• The logo design may be altered or adapted as necessary for different uses, such as resizing, color changes, and incorporating additional elements.
• The artist agrees to waive any moral rights in relation to the logo design and acknowledges that no further compensation will be provided beyond the honorarium.

9. Publicity Release:
By entering the Contest, the winner grants Pawstar the right to use their name, likeness, and logo design for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Terms and Conditions:

• Pawstar is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or incorrect submissions. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
• Pawstar reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates these Official Rules or is otherwise deemed ineligible.
• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Pawstar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in the event of any technical difficulties, fraud, or other factors beyond its control.

11. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold
harmless Pawstar, its affiliates, employees, agents, and
representatives from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or
damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or
the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law:
This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
