Can i request custom Ear Charms?
We don’t usually create brand-new Ear Charm shapes outside of our Custom Order season, but we’re happy to help with other options! If you’d like an existing Pawstar design as a charm or want a different acrylic color, just contact us and we’ll see what we can do!
Does the charm include the piercing?
No. These listings are for Ear Charms only and do not include the ear piercing. Piercings can be added (for an additional fee) to most Pawstar products with ears when you order online, at the Paw Store, or at most official Pawstar booths.
Where are your products manufactured?
All color-swap products are made at Pawstar HQ in Racine, WI!
