Can i shop DSFusion in person?
Yes! You can explore and try on DSFusion products at the Paw Store or at many official Pawstar booths. Selection and sizing may be limited, so we recommend contacting us ahead of time we’ll do our best to have what you’re looking for available!
Are DSFusion & Pawstar the same company?
Yes! DSFusion is the darker, cyber-goth side of Pawstar. 🖤 All DSFusion products are still made by the Pawstar team at our HQ in Racine, WI.
Does the Pawstar Lifetime Guarantee apply to DSF products?
Most standard DSFusion products are covered by our guarantee and paid repair programs. Some items may have limited coverage due to special materials, hardware, or delicate construction. Contact us anytime if you have questions!
If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help repair or replace the item.
Can i request a custom DSFusion product?
We offer select custom options for DSFusion clothing, including Color-Swaps, accessibility sizing, and basic modifications. Options are more limited than with Pawstar products and may have an additional fee.
