Q. Why is the full Pawstar catalog not available for wholesale at this time?

A. We are not currently offering our full catalogue due to long production delays, and rising material/labor costs.

Q. How long does it take to receive my Pawstar wholesale order?

A. Production time will vary based on the season, order size, and product types. We usually suggest that wholesale orders are placed 2 months prior to the need by date. The earlier the better!

Q. Does Pawstar offer NET terms for wholesale customers?

A. No. At this time we are requiring payment up front on all orders.

Q. Can i return items purchased through Pawstar wholesale?

A. No. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders. We do offer product exchanges if a product arrives damaged. If your customers find an issue with a Pawstar product they must contact us directly via our website, and we will walk them through our Limited Lifetime Warranty program.
