In general, I would like to let everyone who is waiting for an order (you know who you are) that we are trying as best we can to fill them. The items that take us longer to fill are embroidery hats, custom color items, and Paw Warmers. If you have one of these on your order, it is likely to have taken us more time to produce. We are taking measures to rectify this and hope to have these orders shipped as soon as possible.

I'm sorry these orders have taken so long, and many of you have not gotten responses to your emails. I just do not have enough hours in a day to do everything. =^u.u^=.

If you happen to be waiting for an order and would like a refund, we totally understand. Just file for one under Paypal (please don't send more emails) and we'll take care of it. Thanks much for your patience.

We make our products ourselves and take pride in the quality. If I have the choice between making all the hats terribly but having them done, or making them done RIGHT and taking longer, I will always choose the latter.
